When will Zeit365 be available?

Zeit365 is currently in active development. While we are committed to delivering a high-quality product, we have not yet established a definitive release date. A complimentary alpha version is scheduled for release in 2025.

How is data security ensured?

Our tenant-first architecture prioritizes your data security. We maintain only the essential IDs of Microsoft 365 entities, with no storage of tenant-specific information. All tenant data is retrieved through user-authenticated Microsoft Entra ID protocols. Your Zeit365 instance operates in an isolated environment with its own encrypted database, to which you maintain complete access. We adhere to strict data handling policies and do not utilize your information for any purposes.

What is Point-In-Time Recovery?

Point-In-Time Recovery is an advanced data protection feature that allows for database restoration to a precise historical state. This capability is particularly valuable in scenarios where custom workflow errors compromise data integrity. Through Point-In-Time Recovery, we can efficiently restore your system to its pre-incident state, minimizing disruption to your operations.

How is user management handled?

Zeit365 integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Entra (formerly Active Directory) for comprehensive user management. To allocate Zeit365 licenses to users, administrators can navigate to the licenses section within the Microsoft Admin Center and follow the standard provisioning procedures.

Is a trial period available?

We do not currently offer a designated trial plan. For organizations interested in evaluating our platform's capabilities, our free tier provides access to essential functionalities without financial commitment.
